Available in two platforms, the Spray Solvent Tool (SST) and the Spin Rinse Dryer (SRD), our Trident Systems easily replace legacy spray systems or enable simplified upgrades from wet bench tools with:

Our Trident platforms provide safer, cleaner, and more efficient processing than wet benches by fully containing the chemistry in temperature-controlled, filtered tanks. No open baths are used, preventing chemistry cross-contamination, evaporation loss, and operator exposure.
