Glass interposers are enabling high-density interconnect (HDI) in advanced packaging. Solstice enables HDI with adaptable glass wafer handling and processing technologies. Interposers can undergo damascene-style RDL and via-fill on dedicated chambers within the Solstice system. Vacuum pre-wet and chemical pre-wet can be configured, as well.
